As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3-5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
We will give you and estimate of the delivery time based on the shipping method and availability of your items. Orders are processed quickly.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. Return & Refund Policy
We believe in having your experience be one that is as easy as possible. We aim to suit your specific needs here at Power Source Pro and work hard to do that. We want your shopping experience to be hassle free. We appreciate you as our customer. We want to help you get the right generator for your needs, at the best price. (See our Price Guarantee). We value every customer and take great pride in being helping. So, we don't have many returns.
If in a rare case you may need to return an item, this information will help you process it correctly. We follow industry business procedures, and we outline them here for you. We commit to making returns as easy and hassle-free for you as possible because we value our customers. We do have some 'industry standard' guidelines due to some federal regulations to follow. They are described here, along with some manufacturers policies.

Getting a Return Authorization Number (This is Required for Processing)
In order to accept any returned merchandise, we must have an (RMA) This is a Return Material Authorization Number. You simply give us a call to get your RMA number and shipping instructions. The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping fees. plus a restocking fee of 15%. if unopened. *Please note: we are not able to process returns without an RMA, as it is required for processing the return properly.
Cancelling Orders Placed
We process orders quickly, in order to be of good service to our customers. Please know that once an order that has been shipped, (usually within 2-3 days) it ships from the supplier's warehouses, so if it has shipped, we don't have the ability to stop that process and cancel an order. Please call to check to see if your order has shipped. If we have the ability to cancel an order we certainly will help you.
Merchandise That Has Been Opened
Returning opened products is allowable, if it's within 30 days of delivery, and may have a restocking fee of to cover expenses. This may vary from 15-25%. Opened returns must be in original, unused condition with original packaging and including all parts. the buyer responsible for all the shipping costs to you and back for returns. We want to make your experience the best it can be. We will pay the return shipping in the case if it was due to an error on our part.
It is standard practice that a buyer is expected to inspect the items before you sign the receipt upon delivery. When a shipment is signed for, it is assumed that it has been inspected by the buyer for damages. Damage claims must be reported immediately. We will do our best to help you. A freight claim may need to be filed.
*In case of - Unopened Damage Upon Delivery Merchandise - Such as Packaging that Appears to be Damaged Before Opening: *Do Not Sign For Visibly Damaged Products! If you see that your product arrives and appears damaged, REFUSE the delivery and DON'T sign for it! Then, give us a call right away, so we help you quickly. Please send us detailed photos of the product damages. Email them to returns@PowerSourcePro.com, as we will need these to assist you. When returning an item that was initially shipped freight, that item must also be returned via freight shipping service. Being sure to follow this process will make things easier for you.
Items That Have Been Installed at a Home or Business
Installed items are not returnable. This is standard industry business practice. A warranty claim can be made. Please understand that it is up to the discretion of the manufacturer if they will cover any costs due to an installation that was done improperly, on a case by case basis and depending on their policies and the installation.
In a Case of Defective Merchandise
This is rare, but if needed simply contact us and we'll direct you as to what to do. Our manufacturers have experts who know their products. Having your model and serial number ready when you call will enable them to identify the exact item you have in order to help you.
Engines (If They Have Been Fueled - Gassed or Oiled)
If an engine has been fueled, it falls under federal regulations. Any/all engine powered equipment is not returnable if it has been fueled or oiled due to federal shipping regulations. The law requires that once an engine has been gassed or oiled, it must be taken to an authorized service center. A repair may likely be covered under your warranty.
Goods being returned must be within 30 days of delivery.
C.O.D. returns can not be accepted.
Items must be unused or defective in order to be returned.
A 15 - 25% restocking fee may apply to returned merchandise.
If you have an item shipped 'Factory Direct' Some may require a restocking fee of up to 25% and must be returned via Freight Shipping.
