2. Q. What are your Shipping and Returns Policies?
A. As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. If your order is stock and we process it to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. 3. Q. What is your Refund Policy?

10. Q. What is your policy on 'duty fees'
A. All Free shipping offers are for the continental United States only. In cases, such as Canada, where 'duty fees' are charged in addition to shipping costs - the buyer is responsible to pay the duty fee.
